well to be fair, it used to be a hell of a lot harder without video conferencing and things like skype for unlimited internet talk time. pretty soon when the #D tv kicks off, we’ll move into holograms so it’ll be like you’re with them anyways. I’m not throwing out some avatar theory stuff here, but it will be the next step.
Oh baby here comes the virtual reality sex…
Would there be any virtual reality STD’s you think?
“I love and miss you, Squirt!”
Jeez, TMI or what! No one needs to know about what you’re feeling in your panties when you think about your man. Or am I reading this wrong?
Ohh, by the way, long distance does not work, no matter how much a clingy girl still tries to make it work. Trust me.
heh angel, I think technically it would be a virus… in both senses.
they’d have to bring a patch out for that.
🙂
been there, done that. didn’t work.
I wanted to be together, he liked the distance.
be sure you both want the distance and then all will be well.
It’s working for us at the moment… I totally think it’s possible.
Long distance worked for me – LD for 4 years, married for 26 years – sadly Lovey passed away, but Love conquers all.
FUCK long distance!
Ya hear that? Not gonna work! Just find someone else wherever it is you’re living, you’ll be a lot happier and less horny.
To each their own… I can’t pull it off… Tried dating a guy in Porter’s Lake years ago, and it fell to pieces lol
Porter’s Lake, seriously? Funny, the girl who I’m maybe kind of possibly seeing is from there. If he’s a born and bred Porter’s Laker like her, they’re probably related. I like the windmill by the Superstore there, and you can’t beat the Porter’s Lake Pub! The Eastern Shore is one of my favourite parts of Nova Scotia because it’s still beautiful but not over-run by tourists.
I met my man on the internet seven years ago. It was hard being in a long distance relationship… but patience paid off and next month we will be celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary. I just laugh at everyone who thinks it can’t work. It just depends on the people involved really.
I think that distance relationships can work with enough time under the belt…possibly…who the fuck knows.
