While waiting in line for a coffee at Scotia Square, a lovely random stranger hands me an envelope. “This is for you” she said smiling, then promptly walks away. It wasn’t until I got back to the office that I opened it. Inside was a 5$ Tim’s gift card, and a note that read: “it’s my mom’s birthday! Since I can’t share it with her, I’d like to share it with you! She loved Tim Hortons! Have a Rosie Day”
I was so touched, and wanted to go back to give you a big hug!
