You didn’t bother telling any of your passengers this and when I called I got a very rude agent, you just don’t give a shit! I’m so frustrated with your lack of customer service and inaccurate schedule which you blame on a third party but are apparently fine and dandy with continuing to pay for their services. If I can find my phone or pet anywhere, how can you not know where your buses are!? The entire system is a farce and with the most recent bus strike that went on for months over internal issues you clearly have no clue what you’re doing. I want you to get yourself together and I want you to be held accountable for your absolute lack of performance. Anyone else would be fired for doing such a crap job so why not you? —Fed Up and Disgruntled

You must be new to Shawshank? Any issue(s) related to shitty service courtesy of MT have been covered ad infinitum, yet they still proudly serve the public, union membership not withstanding.
I know it isn’t related, but it pisses me off
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/07/23/s…
because they have a union unions protect the useless
Tsk,tsk, tsk… Wheels, why can’t you just be nice, and on time?
did we miss a sentence or something? tell mt what? tell passengers what? all i get from this, is that you are pissed for some reason. maybe i’m going blind or aliens stole the pertinant part of your bitch, but i don’t see it.
Were you wearing ear buds and had your music crancked so that the whole bus could hear your music and thus never heard the bus driver say we will be transfering to the bus behind this one? Happens all the time. You’re gonna look cute in hearing aids in about 10, 20 years. You and thousands of other stupid fucks with no common sense
Were you reading Penthouse Forum and dreaming of your next double-double when that pushy woman and her stupid kid interrupted you with some mindless question about tranfers?
Way to snarl yourself out of some potential Mother-Daughter action. Would have made a great letter, Kenny.
The driver should be capable of smiling and being polite even when he doesn’t feel like it……it’s called being professional.
Their union managed to keep “smiling” and “being professional” out of the last contract agreement.
Wheels-Your right about them needing hearing aids in the future and Welfare doesn’t cover them-assuming they have no private health insurance.
I used to donate my son’s out grown hearing aids to Audiology at the IWK.
