I understand the concept of draw, but why are there so many paletteable, hard working, easily matched bands (with plenty of draw) in town being turned down year after year, while one (regularly performing) band shows up without fail? Could you specify the manner in which “the concept of draw,” like all concepts must since that is what it means to be a concept, coherently unify the various manifestations of “draw? Put differently, does “draw” in fact HAVE various manifestations or is it one, undifferentiated, homogeneous substantive?
