Also, smashing weights around, dropping them onto the rack, and generally making as much noise and drawing as much attention to yourself as possible does not make you a hardcore musclehead. It makes you an annoying tool. “Hey everybody! Look at me! This weight is soooo heavy, and I have lifted it soooo many times, that I can barely heave it back onto the rack. grrrrooooOOOAAAANgruntCRASH!” Grow up.

We have a couple of those at my gym too. Irritating little shits. It’s usually novices that act like testosterone kings. You rarely see that kind of stupid behavior from serious bodybuilders. Don’t worry, he’ll probably hurt himself soon.
