It’s true, the people who are the nastiest to others tend to be the ones who are incredibly unhappy in their own lives. I worked with a couple of women like that in my past position, and lucky me, I was their target for a bit. Ignoring them is really hard, but seriously, it’s the best way to piss them off. Smile nicely and be extra nice to them…. oh she used to turn purple when I did that! Ha ha.
