I tell you what I don’t get is the dumb asses who pick up their dog’s shit put it in a bag tie it up then throw the bag back on the ground . I mean how stupid is that I do alot of running around the city and believe me I see this everywhere .If that’s all they are going to do then they are better off just leaving the shit there as is at least the weather will get rid of it eventually .And I don’t wanna hear the excuse about not a having a garbage can handy, TOO BAD carry it home it’s your dog’s shit deal with it !
