Green Losers
OK Green Party, WTF is up with your candidates for the last election anyway? I for one, wanted to vote for you but after checking out the available crop of potential people to send to the legislature, ended up only losing a lot of respect for the party.

Now that you’ve blamed everyone else GreenGuy, what can you do to make the Green Party stronger? Are you “seriou, qualified, skilled, and full of innovative ideas with the ability to get them done (you’re words not mine.” Or, are you just a complainer telling everybody what’s wrong but not looking to be part of the solution?
My Mother lives in Midddle Sackville ,she doesn’t have tap water that is fit to drink. I think about it every day. I complained to Barry Barnet about it and his response was his mother lived in the area and she didn’t have bad water. He declined my invitation to discuss this matter further at my mothers house over a nice glass of swamp water.
Brad,We all have our roles in society and all do our part but simply because a person chooses to point out a problem doesn’t mean they necessarily have to take it on personally to legitimize the complaint. I won’t be running for the green party because I have no interest in that sort of job and even if I did, wouldn’t bother with a party that probably needs another 5-10 years to sort itself out but don’t tell me I don’t have the right to point out problems.I am also not in favour of burning fossil fuels but for the moment at least and despite my desires, have no choice but to do so to heat my house. If you are going to take extreme views with the environmental movement then start recruiting as many “Ghandi’s” roaming the streets in clothing they made themselves as you can and see how much success you have.I for one, am willing to accept practicality and be realistic because we frankly don’t have time for internal arguments and if the environmental movement doesn’t also adopt that attitude then it is doomed to begin with.
I’m guessing GreenGuy has no interest in becoming a politician because he already has a career he’s worked hard towards, and simply wishes to have a decent half wit in office for the Green Party to make voting worth while. I’m with him.
GreenGuy, why so defensive over my original post? Show me where I told you to run for office? Show me where I said you did not have a right to voice your opinion? You can’t because I never said it. So to avoid confusion, I’ll ask you again:What are you prepared to do to make the Green Party stronger?(you don’t have to run). The answer is either: something or nothing.Furthermore, what are my “extreme views with the environmental movement”? I never mentioned anything about this so I’m not really sure what you were commenting on.Come clean GreenGuy. Do you have an interest to help or an interest to criticize. You have raised the issues, take ownership of them.
