To my daughter’s camp counsellor who gave my daughter the benefit of the doubt. When I talked to you about an incident you showed such insight; even though looking at you I could guess you were barely old enough to drive. You spoke so highly of her and you really were trying to understand and work things out instead of whipping out the pen and paper and writing down a citation. You shared your sunscreen and you shared your friendship and you made sending my daughter to the club a whole lot easier. You even went as far as to make sure you got to say goodbye to her on her last day. I was pleased to hear you’ll be returning in the fall, a great addition as far as I’m concerned. If this is your potential at 16 (ish) I’d think you’re destined for great things. 🙂
