I know you do things differently there. That’s why it’s great. But when someone calls to politely mention that they waited over an hour-and-a-half for a pizza only for it to show up cold, here are some customer service tips: Try not to put me on hold for five more minutes, REALLY try not to put me on speaker phone and please avoid making me feel like an idiot for expecting anything other than cold food. “Oh, we never said it would be hot.” Of course! How stupid of me! And not one apology. You suck. —Amazed

I know we can’t mention names in this section, but please fell free to copy and paste this over in the Restaurant Reviews section, so the rest of us can avoid this place.
I can’t see that acctually being said… Maybe I’m naive but I just dont see it. Exaggerate much?
If it’s the place down by the Hydrostone, I can certainly see them saying it. They yell at you for wanting more than 3 toppings for Christ sake!

I’m the OP and, yes, it is in the Hydrostone Market. And there is no exaggeration at all – that quote is verbatim. She said other ridiculous things like “it’s not our policy to deliver hot pizza” but I didn’t want to write a novel. She acted like I was the insane one, expecting the food to be warm. It was beyond ridiculous.
It was added to the Restaurant Review section as well.
It’s a shame because they do have the best pizza in the city.

cold pizza, not frozen isn’t too bad. i like it the next day, after everything had had a chance to intermingle overnight. the taste is way better, as far as i’m concerned.

LOl, paingirl, my ball team is called the ‘Sofakings’. At least we guys don’t have to put up the west coast scam of 2 for 1 pizzas, where the a small with cheese is 15 bucks.
