Today the ATU blocked plows waiting to leave their depots to make the roads safe for the morning commute in Halifax. The ATU has gone too far. It’s time for Halifax to privatize Metro Transit. It’s time to end public transportation in the HRM. Enough is enough. Let Peter Kelly know that we want to fire the money-sucking union, once and for all. —Citizen
