OK you guys, we have heard you shout and rage about the environment, but wait, Oh it’s Christmas, time to go out and buy all sorts of useless crap, fueling Chinese industry, fill the air with yet more pollutants so that you can all have a good time and impress your environmental friends. Enough already! Until you lot stop doing this and being so bloody hypocritical, keep your big mouths shut!

Right, here’s your stick, Merry Christmas and fuck off.
the thing is were fucked if we don’t keep buying asian crap and were equally fucked when another credit market crash eventually comes
but if we don’t buy cheap chinese junk, where will we get it,here?are you out of your feeble little fuckng mind o.p,jesus christ,it’s called capitalizm.
no its actually called a usuary system and it will eventually collapse; capitalism is when you produce goods and sell them as WELL AS BUY THEM; you can’t continually sustain an economy when all your doing is servicing each other ; besides why the fuck do we need cheap chinese junk; feeble minded people need cheap shit to entertain there little worlds
And by posting this via your computer, you’ve demonstrated that you can indeed buy useless crap. I hope you understand that a computer is probably one of the most energy intensive products on the market, from the energy used to manufacture it and the amount of energy used to charge/power it. Then you need to consider the huge amounts of lead in the soldering on the motherboard, and any component in between. Then when you toss it, sure, take it to a drop-off, where it’ll end up in an e-dump in China, completing the circle. Who is the hypocrite now?
Finally, we could all buy Canadian product, manufactured in Canada, all done environmentally friendly, and the Chinese would still spew crap into the air and pollute the water because they’re in their industrial revolution. We’re not entirely to blame.
Computers are “useless crap”, how?
lmao
Collectively, we’re stupid enough to pay for lead and melamine, we require it to stretch our budget. Who cares if the product produced retards our minds and health, as long as we can get it cheap.
good point the chinese don’t give a flying fuck bout what’s in their shit as long as stupid round eye keep buying
The OP wants to bundle all consumer goods into one package… just following their example.
We don’t need computers, therefore useless crap.
Our corporations designed and gave China the specs for them to make all that stupid junk in the first place. If they cut corners it was under the pressure from our corporations for them to lower costs in delivering the stupid products.
Don’t blame China. Blame the stupid ass’s who keep destroying the economy all over the world in the name of profit (corporations).
our corp. gave it to them no man; they stole most of it. china has no qualms about espionage;bribery;extortion etc. when it comes to business
manufacturing is fucked up… no doubt…
we ship our tobacco over there to be cut and processed and they ship it back.
cheaper is always better, yes?
seems so.. not to mention they smoke the majority of it like it’s a hotdog balancing on Oprah’s nose….
‘course I wouldn’t want anything from Asia to be more expensive so…. I suppose I’ll live with it, like I had a choice.
The comic tragedy in all this, is that it’s an obvious, ongoing meme to transfer industry east. Here’s a fine quote. “Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?”
– Maurice Strong, founder of the UN Environment Programme
In lieu of such statements, doesn’t the truth become nakedly self-evident?
They create a schism wherein China can produce without any ecological oversight. The big corporations skim yet more profit and tax us for the privilege, through cap-and-trade. They make money all the way up, and all the way down. And we applaud it, thinking were helping the planet. Amazing. Life IS stranger than fiction.
that is 100 % correct; the tree hugg’n morons don’t care though they”ll just get green jobs and fuck the low/poor class like me because god knows nature is the new god
martym, I like your discernment. I’ve been firing salvos at Zurawski’s blog for many, many months. Of course, none ever saw the light of day, just like the IPCC. Lately, Krystal has taken up the banner. Now I ignore Zurawski and blast Krystal.
They’ve become easy fodder, ripe for lucid, vitriolic counter-points. They, by virtue of their own misguided statements have become target rich environments.
To be fair, Krystal has posted all my comments. Sometimes it takes two weeks to appear.
the thing is i am not all that informed; however i have been around long enough to know when phycho left wingers are saying something is true its not only wrong it’s usually dangerously wrong and fuckn evil
Oh, those psycho left wingers.
Within one of Zurawski’s blog points, he said the peer-reviewed score pro AGW was 10,001:0
I took great affront with that statistic. It reeked of insecurity. I thought, why not go for a million:0. Why self-justify yourselves by repeating the same flawed methodology.
In a Zurawski blog I said.
“Computers are like inert clay, awaiting purpose from that which molds them. If what is going is is flawed, the results are spilth manifested.”
What’s unfortunate is that I have to regurgitate a thought for someone else to hear it.
who are these peers and what is their agenda
We sell asian countries our asbestos we remove from attics and other places . So i quess we got back at them for their cheap junk .
I think Mr. Strong summarized it well.
Here’s some other quotes to lull us into sweet dreams.
“A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels would be ideal.” – Ted Turner, founder of CNN and major UN donor.
“If I were reincarneted I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels.” – Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, patron of the World Wildlife Fund.
“In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution. the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill.” – Club of Rome, The First Global Revolution.
“We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis.” – David Rockefeller, Club of Rome executive manager.
John P. Holdren, President Obama’s Science Czar, participated in a book extolling the virtues of placing toxins in drinking water to cause sterility. ‘Ecoscience.’
hope is what lets me unfurl from the fetal position i curl myself into every night and new day dawns that might suck just a little less
shit my jammies are made of asbestos and painted with lead then sprayed with pcb oil; is that a bad thing?
all three are easily the best things for you !!!! Well if your a third world country – as another country – you can legally sell it . Just don’t inhale or absorb any in your skin and your all good lol>>>
well since i got them my chigger problem has cleared up so it’s all good
I loved seeing one of the gifts one of my relatives got this Christmas – some cheap plastic “Made in China” novelty gift with some “cool, trendy” packaging that was probably only worth about 50 cents yet sold for $6. It was bought from that “cool, trendy, hipster” candy / novelty gift store on Barrington Street downtown where all the “cool, trendy, hipster, Indie” types like to shop… the same types who protest against free trade, capitalism, and cheap imported goods from China. Ohh the irony…
