she dropped it, who cares? it has wings doesn’t it? oh you mean it was a baby and hasn’t mastered flying yet. that is the problem with having public gardens actually open to the public, people think it’s a petting zoo. through the decades the anmials have been migrating to and from, i think they should be used to it. and adapt to accept their babies back after being handled. does anyone remember that huge cranky old goose that was there? when i was about 7 years old, we were there on a school trip. back when kids could still be trusted to go on school trips. and that cranky old goose chased me into one of the duck ponds. they had to call my dad to bring me dry clothes before they would let me back on the bus. and people wonder why i’m so fucked up.
