To the owner of a certain glass & mirror business, you are one of the best small business owners in Halifax and a really nice guy. I have been your customer twice and both times you have really impressed me- the first occasion either you wrote down the size of the glass I needed wrong or I told it to you wrong but you would not accept for a second that it could be my fault and even though it was the end of the day and you had already shut all the lights off in your workshop you turned them back on and cut me a new piece in minutes at no extra charge even though the correct size was larger than what you had already cut. On the second more recent occasion you tried to give me the glass I ordered at no charge because it was so small.

I agree completely! I have purchased glass from the shop I believe you are talking about on a couple of occasions for my various project. The service has been nothing but excellent…and no, I don’t work there.
Go give them a review in the review section so you can use the business name and they get some good, free PR.
