The light turned green, I had the white walk light, and checked over my shoulder for someone making a right0hand turn, I saw you, and as I got to the middle of crossing you just kept going and I had to run out of the way. And when safe, I turned back to see you with the damn cell phone, staring straight off into the void.

If driving with a cell is truly as dangerous as “drinking 5 beer” and driving, as is being now said…than it’s only fair for citizens, armed with vid-cams, to start making complaints against drivers – the same way the RCMP encourage people to narc out DUI’s….with a TOLL FREE NUMBER, and , of course, a website to send the video…
I am compiling a video from the front of my vehicle, and I will expect action to be taken when I put it on youtube/ send to the RCMP…

They are encouraging people to call 911 and report the license number, whenever someone driving while on a cell is seen.
Funny how the very people who claim there’s nothing wrong with phoning and driving, are the very people who do stupid things like the OP wrote. They’re so oblivious to the fact that they can’t give driving full attention while talking on a phone.
