  1. I do not expect the 20 something staff to do the same amount of work as the seasoned pros. That is why i pay them less.

    If i paid them the same,and expected the same work, i could not afford the staff turn around that would happen. I would have to fire new employees that dont have the ability to perform. And i would have low moral from my seasoned employees with their new knowledge that they are not worth more pay.

    See what i am saying?

  3. As long as they are on the job getting paid, they should be pulling their weight. If you apply for a job and know what the job entails, regardless of salary, do what is expected of you. If you can’t handle it, leave. Bitching and moaning only lowers morale.

  8. Every generation starts with a reputation of being a ‘do nothing’. eventually most learn the facts of life. During this time, we fire some, but for the most part we just pay them less money.

    If I didn’t keep some of them around to be trained, then I wouldn’t be able to fire over paid SETs like yourself. guys like you eventually reach a point where your attitude gets in the way of your skills. By then, you better belong to a union or have a government job, because the real world won’t want you.

    BTW, I am the president of my own company. And, its fucking awesome when someone sucks my dick! However, I only have 10 employees, all are self motivated. They don’t suck cock, and they don’t have a shitty attitude like you.

  13. Yes, I’ve heard PG.. Still kinda conflicted as to whether I want to support them now.. but I know I won’t be able to help myself.

    I had been saying that season or no season I was gonna cut my cable off after the Superbowl. That probably won’t happen now.. we’ll see. Shortened season should be interesting.
