I do not expect the 20 something staff to do the same amount of work as the seasoned pros. That is why i pay them less.
If i paid them the same,and expected the same work, i could not afford the staff turn around that would happen. I would have to fire new employees that dont have the ability to perform. And i would have low moral from my seasoned employees with their new knowledge that they are not worth more pay.

Every generation starts with a reputation of being a ‘do nothing’. eventually most learn the facts of life. During this time, we fire some, but for the most part we just pay them less money.
If I didn’t keep some of them around to be trained, then I wouldn’t be able to fire over paid SETs like yourself. guys like you eventually reach a point where your attitude gets in the way of your skills.
