Standing in line to buy groceries on Sunday. The woman in front of me is verbally encouraging those at the self check out to “Hunny, hurry up!”, another woman accidentally cuts in line and responds rudely when someone says something to her. I’ve been shopping all day with family & want to pull my hair out. Then the most lovely sound… a quartet of gentlemen starts singing Christmas songs at the front of the cash registers. The sound rings out and everyone looks to see who is singing. Wonderful. Thank you for bringing me back to what it’s all about at Christmas – a warm heart & joy towards mankind.
