I only just moved to the city and into this wonderful place where the landlord takes wonderful care of the backyard and there is a beautiful garden. I walk out onto my balcony each morning and look to my right, beautiful backyards, people sipping coffee on their own balconies, I look to my left and see two decks/balconies attached to the same house stocked so full of garbage bags you wouldn’t have room to set foot on them, then furniture thrown onto the back lawn and left there. It’s quite sad that you have old rotting garbage on a balcony you could enjoy on beautiful days, not to mention that it’s maybe 10 feet away from mine, and I don’t like seeing or smelling your mess. Take it to the curb or take it back inside because you’re ruining my morning coffee and smoke, and probably whoever’s on the other side of you. —New Haligonian Wanting a Nice View

I hate this too! People are lucky enough to have a place with a balcony and they waste it by using it as a storage room! Fucking idiots, I’ll take your garbage out for your lazy ass and in exchange, I get exclusive access to the wasted space.
welfare housing and bums, you gotta love to hate it. most times, the insides are spotless, they just like bringing the rest of the areas down.
