Is there any decent guys in Nova Scotia? Huh HUH?
To the guy who seemed to really care, and then got a little sum sum and vanished: FUCK YOU!
Why do men/people think it is okay to do this? Do they not realize that it makes the other person feel like shit?

Maybe you should have ACTUALLY gotten to know the fella before you gave him sum sum. He would respect you more if you respected yourself more.
Treat yourself well, everyone deserves respect.
what is your number, i swear i’ll call again.
Sorry that you were treated so badly. It sucks.
Next time around, take more time to figure out what the other person’s really all about. Their true colours will become obvious soon enough, you will know if you don’t need to waste any time.
There are lots of nice guys out there, really, they’re all over the place. But they are looking for something a lot better than just “a little sum sum.” (I think working on a more sophisticated vocabulary might help attract a better class of guy.)
Good luck!
Nice guys finish last. But I’m not sure why the ladies do it.
“Nice guys finish last”
Bullshit.
Are you single miles?
just out of curiosity, where did you meet????
me thinks that may play a role in solving the riddle of the sphincter
Why? You interested Balls?
Nahh, Nice Guys ROCK!
I know a ton of truly nice guys: some of my co-workers, people I went to school with, people we know socially . . . and my husband . . . . who is of course the VERY best one of all. Sorry that he’s taken . . .
🙂
. . . but seriously girls! There ARE hundreds and hundreds of nice guys out there all over the place! Sweet, kind, strong-hearted, stable, responsible guys who know how to treat people, guys who will make you laugh, guys who know how to have fun, guys who will be there for you, guys you can count on, guys you can build a future with.
Too many girls overlook the really great guys for . . . for what I don’t know—”cool” (?) guys, “bad” (?) guys, “tough”(?) guys, “hot”(?) guys, “hipsters (?) “players”(?)— whatever.
Look for the guys who know what REALLY matters and stop wasting your time chasing the ones who will only break your heart.
Answer a question with a question uh? No, but you’re a nice guy.
No, I’m not single.
There are some ladies out there who might not consider me a nice guy, but as long as the current one in my life thinks that I am, I consider it a win. 🙂
“Is there any decent guys in Nova Scotia? Huh HUH?”
Hi, my name is qpmzwonxeibcruv, I’m 24 years old, I’m underemployed, and live at home. Wanna go out some time? If this man of a man doesn’t appeal to you, a certain poster should be along any minute now…
It’s true that many women love the bad boys – they see nice guys as weak doormats not worthy of respect or attention. They need a challenge and a thrill. Once I get my sexy leather jacket and bad ass motorbike, I expect the ladies to be flocking all over me. A certain GILF in particular…
This is even learned from women at a very young age. Proof:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9ZJeRjPDLk
Anyway, OP, ever consider that maybe you weren’t that good in bed? It’s possible. I do think you’re likely attracted to or going after the wrong types of guys. Like RubyJane said, there are heaps and heaps of nice guys out there. It’s just that women either aren’t into those types of guys, or don’t pursue them.
Why buy the cow when the milk is free?
And how much does ‘free’ milk cost these days Cranky? Several drinks and a few hours of chit chat?
It costs me a compliment. Sometimes the cow is begging to be milked. Ok…enough of this analogy, it’s going to get me into trouble.
Yeah, I’ve heard all that before . . . the “nice guys aren’t my type,” stuff. Yawn.
Just remember that throughout your 20s most people in your age group start pairing off for real . . . and if you are still stuck “looking around” by the time you are in your 30s, the landscape can become a pretty desolate place indeed. Those “cool” guys start looking a lot less cool, and the nice guys start looking sooo much better!
If you don’t want to be “fucked then chucked” (as the OP put it), don’t you think it’s time to start giving the nice guys a chance? The alternative is to live with the consequences, I guess.
welcome to the real world, sweetheart. shit is bound to happen, if you keep looking for the same kind of creeps, right q, zZz, miles, or any other male here.
Wasn’t there a guy that made a similar post a couple days ago? Go talk to him haha. I’m lucky enough to have the sweeetest boy ever :D! There are plenty of nice boys out there. I hate when girls get all angry at guys who “fuck and chuck”. IT’S YOUR OWN DAMN FAULT. You were a participant as well, you clearly wanted to. If you didn’t have sex with him, it would have ended anyway, clearly. So you had a fun night out of it, who cares? Like sex is some sacred ritual or something? I’m sorry but “making love” does not exist. You don’t have sex because you feel overwhelming love for someone (although it sometimes is someone you feel overwhelming for) you have sex because you’re horny. That’s it.
Also, just a thought…I have a lot of guy friends and I’ve heard numerous stories about girls being smelly down there…maybe that’s why they leave right after having sex with you? Try cleaning a little better and see if they sick around ;D.
I have no place in my book for the so called ”bad boy”. Sorry, no attraction there. I just really don’t see it. I always go for the nice guy.
As a male who enjoys checking out the other occasional male, I never saw the appeal in the “bad boy” either. I always wonder what insecurity they’re trying to mask by being a wannabe tough guy or an asshole. They never fucked with me though. I’m a nice person with a streak that comes out when its met with blind arrogance. Gentle giants are hardly worth messing with; we always win.
Tell ’em Fat.
I do have to ask though. How long was OP and her beau hanging out before she gave up the booty? Really, if it was a few hours or days then she’s got no reason bitching. One thing about Halifax and even Cape Breton is that the gals love to give up some action a little too soon but are “confused” when the guy doesn’t want anything to do with them anymore. Seems to happen quite a bit.
OP – how long before you let the guy get inside of you? There’s nothing wrong with holding out for a few weeks or months. But if you’re giving it out like candy at Halloween, then start placing blame on the person in the mirror.
And clarification: nice guys without a spine finish last. There’s nothing wrong with being nice AND assertive. If you’re content being a passive nice guy, then you can expect to be a tramp’s door mat. Instead of growing a set, stand up straight instead 😉
you are the doctor of love el gordo:)
Stop spreading your legs for fast for some sum sum !!! Makes you look easy . And apparently so . Noone wants the easy ones – they are just there for the ride in the meantime while waiting for the good ones.
The key is to give them none none until they’ve been around for a few months…time to get to know the guy and be sure he’s into you and not just wanting into your sum sum. All guys want sum sum, but most guys looking for ‘keepers’ overlook the girls who don’t value themselves very highly by offering sum sum too soon after meeting. Investing time getting to know one another first also eliminates the guys who are only looking for ‘miss right now’. A win win situation:)
Wanting ‘sum sum’ is not exclusive to any of the sexes. There are just as many horny women out there as horny males. The fact is, there are some males out there who legitimately want to get to know a woman – or other guy – before anything sexual happens. Intimacy is not synonymous with nudity.
Agreed Fat ! No doubt !
Dino how about a nice old fat guy? I’m here and I can sing. LOL.
Look at NGF — postin’ like he’s one of those nice guys.
HA!
<3
Hey, PK, I hold doors open for old ladies and mothers with young children! I stop to give a Timbit to someone else’s puppy or dog out on a walk. Shit, I even shared McDonald’s coupons with you.
You told me I was fat and ugly on Tuesday 🙁
No, I agreed to disagree with you on something. You just say I called you those things b/c you were on your period again. Or the fries weren’t ketchupy enough.
Jerk.
The standards are starting to slip a bit on here
🙁
Standards? They have them here? I hadn’t noticed. Maybe, I should get my magnifying glass out………………………wait………………….still nothing!
LOL
Hurt Girl…..
Mr Right does not exists? Take it from me, I’ve dated Mr Player, Mr Psycho, Mr Egotistical, Mr Cheap, Mr Lazy, Mr User, Mr Big Fat Liar, Mr X-box and Mr Know-it-all… And some of them had ALL these lovely traits…LOL… Bad Boys, my ass…
Yet, they can be charming at the beginning…..:-)
“if you are still stuck ‘looking around’ by the time you are in your 30s”… you’ll likely meet an ADULT well experienced in the ways of pleasure, fidelity AND STD’s. (What more could a person want? LOL)
“‘making love’ does not exist” when your lover is still a child (I have yet to meet a mature man younger than 30ish).
Bottom line, OP. If the sex was ALL THAT he’d be back and he ain’t. Personally, I think you should “settle” on the guy you love to lay the most and recommend guys do the same in selecting their own partners. When that side of the equation is “top heavy” there’s lots of room for communication and compromise, the keys to any successful relationship. You’re better off learning about incompatibility earlier than later.
Actually, Kay, I do agree that men aren’t really “adults” until well into their 30s. I’m usually in favour of a few years age difference, due to the fact that most girls do seem more mature than guys of the same age. Things equal out as both get older, and a 25-year-old girl is often quite a bit more “grown up” than a 25-year-old boy. I think a 5-year age difference can balance things out wonderfully!
My concern in this case was for girls who (as I have seen) are still waiting into their mid- and late 30s for their unavailable or non-committal fantasy guy to “change” into something he’s not. ie: “When is my “bad” guy ever going to “settle down” and start treating me right?” This is a bad situation, and it is one of those things that aren’t such a big deal in your 20s, but not much fun to deal with at 38.
I have known many girls who consistently rejected the “nice” guys during their 20s (because they were “not good enough”), in favour of guys who were no good for them at all, but then had nothing but grief to deal with in their 30s and 40s. (I work with a few women like this—some of them are the stereotypical bitter jealous types and it is sad to see them still thinking they have to have so much “drama” in their personal lives.)
This is all just a roundabout way of saying to the OP to be more careful of the guys she spends time with, if she wants to be treated with more respect. (Just like our other OP from a few days ago who was complaining of the same treatment from the girls he meets.)
in contrast to my last post, yes there are some decent guys left.myself lucky enough to be among them.if you feel a need to really vent some stuff, my personal email is gary_more@hotmail.com . you may reply to me there, and save some ridicule from others on here. i really do understand now, what you are going thru, and just maybe i can help in some small way.
Gross…kay discussing sex is revolting.
I have serious doubts about any guy who makes the statement ‘nice guys finish last’. The only ones I’ve heard say that have been bitter, socially retarded assholes who know nothing about relating to women. And just because a guy is nice doesn’t mean he can’t be hot. There are lots of gorgeous men who are just as good on the inside as the outside…but the ones in Halifax probably do get scooped up fast- since most of them do anyway in that city, regardless of looks or intelligence! The reason being that there are alot more women than men in Halifax, so guys are spolied for choice.
jloveramone@live.com lets talk through e-mails for a while. A lot to tell u. J.R.
jloveramone@live.com We would get a long more than i think we would.J.R
Try dating better guys. I date a nerd core rapper. He’s decent and taught me how to play magic the gathering. Lose the thugs and the lowlifes and the douchebags with the nice cars and the leather jackets.
