Sorry to hear you became an under-estimated untalked about statistic.I too this year have been told that I have developed asthma. At 33 I was devastated. I always thought I was healthy. I do not smoke, refrain from perfumes/scents, dislike home plugins and the such, I even refuse to use fabric softners. I was active all my life yet this acquired ‘disease’ got me. One sad fact I learned is that NS has one of the highest rates of asthma. Please educate yourself on all the meds out there. Some can f@@k-up your heart so badly. Try more exercise, weights and air purifiers for your home. They say weights/exercise is the best medicine. All the bestAngry At Asthmaa 2
