I’ve hated you for a couple of years now because you’re incompetent, yet somehow are allowed to be a manager. You throw around your opinions and ideas, which half the time are ridiculous. You force your standards on others which just cause more work and don’t solve any problems.

Thanks for wasting my time, jackass. —Minion

  1. I’ll be Dilbert’s wing man any day. That guy is the cat’s meow.

I’ma go print out a bunch of them for my cubicle.

  2. Are there any managers out there who are liked by everyone? I doubt it. Personally, I think being a boss would be really hard; I would hate to have to keep a wall up when dealing with my employees, especially ones I would otherwise be friends with.

  3. LOLZ, EVERYBODY thinks they can do a better job managing, and if they ever DO get their chance, they end up sucking worse than the original manager (or are more of the same).

Look OP: it’s HARD being a manager. Those who haven’t worked in management positions just don’t fully grasp that. Managers often work long hours, and have to deal with more shit than you can shake a stick at. And if their employees fuck up — it’s on them. On top of that, at least 1/3-1/2 of your employees automatically dislike you and feel you’re ‘out to get them’ simply because you have to tell them what to do and keep track of your activities.

Not saying that this dude doesn’t suck (there are some shitty shiiiitty managers out there), but he’s probably doing the best he can.

  4. It takes leadership skills to be a manager, most of the bitchers working for managers don’t have leadership skills.
