Well if the parent(s) had been watching their child, this would not have happened. Don’t expect the rest of us to be on the lookout for your kids. I rarely look down for kids running around.

No parent is perfect and sometimes their kids do something that can put them in harm’s way (maybe look away for two seconds to rip a bus ticket off a sheet: kids are fast) — I think any compassionate or RESPONSIBLE adult would take note of this because anyone who would hurt a child and blame their parents because they “weren’t watching them” is a sick fuck.
If they were part of a stroller convoy blockading the front of the bus, then I’m totally fine with it. Use a steamroller. Otherwise, you’re a dick.
Too many parents expect the world to revolve around them because they have children. Particularly the ones with big expensive strollers and no job.
Maybe I missed something, but I didn’t hear about someone running over a little girl…and then the guy was on a bus and no one thought to call the police to arrest him? Was he on a bike…or just walking, or in a car? I DUNNO. Some guy just probably knocked into a little girl by accident while walking and the parent is all OMG YOU’RE SCUM. If I had a dollar everytime I accidently knocked into or almost knocked into a kid that was running toward me while looking a completely different direction, I’d have like 5 bucks already ;D.

If there’s one thing more annoying than the twitch-brains who feel every little mishap is a premeditated personal attack on their way of life, it’s the simpleton douches that think parents watching your kids will somehow prevent any such mishap from ever happening. Stuff happens; get over it. Ignorant behaviour, on the other hand, deserves to be called out.
