Harassment is a serious matter. Your friend should report to the authorities and charges could be laid. I have a friend who met someone on an online dating site. This person has been harassing my friend for a few years now, likely due to the rejection. Police have been involved in the past and it is to the point now where charges will likely be laid along with a restraining order. Don’t mess around with this shit and wait a few years. Things will get worse. Cowards…..they’re all cowards behind their electronic devices. I have a better electronic device for them in the form of a cattle prod. Need I say more?
