What the heck is going on with that awful mess just around the bend that goes up up Fenwood dr ? The huge retaining wall that had a lovely mural on it of some halifax seascape , let loose months ago in a rain storm. The building that sits above it looks like it is awfully close to the edge of the bluff. Plus, it just plain looks unsafe. It’s a big old mess. Why is it just sitting there , being ignored? Where are the engineers to look at this? —mudpieguy

The engineers did look at this…. guess you weren’t snooping around at that time.
the wall is on private property. And, while it resides along the public ROW there will be compliance requirements to the certification, but it’s a private issue for the resident to remediate.
