Hah! I lived above the Flower shop on Fenwick a few years back and I completely understand your frustration…but getting the students to show anything other than selfish self destruction and lack of manners is going to be harder than getting the Sunni’s, Shiites and Kurds to get along. And good luck getting the University (which owns the fleabag motel called Fenwick Towers) to enforce any kind of neighborhood respect policy. Have you ever noticed the horrendously hideous rank smell that emanates from the sewer grate directly in front of the building…thats Dalhousie’s public relations policy in action…sure they have alot of nice things written down on newsletters about all the great things they do for the community…but in practice, it’s not that rosy.
