Ever since I started Taekwando i’ve been feelin’ so GOOD!! around this time of year i get kinda down 🙁 cause the break is over, its cold, I usually have a cold, and it gets dark early. However Taekwando really seemed to pull me out of that this year. I feel stronger, more focused, agile, more confident and just all around more happy with who I am. I really do recommend this to others! If looking for a pick me up or just some fun ^_^ doesn’t matter if your old or young it changed my life I’m sure it could do the same for you!

  1. I started martial arts when I was in grade six, I finally got my black belt and then quit. 14 years after grade six, I’m wishing I had have made more time in my life for that sport and the group of people I trained with.
Don’t quit. It’s about a lot more than the belt.

Here’s a shout out to Nova Scotian and New Brunswick shotokan clubs.
