Is how I want to describe people that are aggressive and mean on purpose to further their own agenda, especially when the target is a nice person that didn’t hurt the aggressor in anyway. No I am not the target, just keep seeing this happen to people at work. Numerous different aggressors and numerous different targets, just seeing a regular pattern of this. I do intervene, every time I am quick enough on the draw, though sometimes I am not. And it bothers me and keeps me up at night because even intervening is not as effective AS IF PEOPLE WOULD JUST CHOOSE NOT TO ACT THAT WAY IN THE FIRST DAMN PLACE!! —Get it, 8’s instead of stars!!!!

I don’t get it. Now, back to work bitches!
I always thought it odd that managers did an annual performance review of staff but staff usually aren’t asked to do peer reviews or to contribute to reviews of their managers. I also found it odd that most businesses are oblivious to the fact that certain managers have an unusually high rate of turnover.
This tells me that these companies are short sighted and only look at immediate productivity rather than taking a long-term look at the costs of workplace bullying and high turnover.

Nope, sorry, still don’t get it.
Is it pronounced like “sk8?”
F-eight-in D-eight-ck? Fate-in Date-ks?
????
Please clarify the pun–and how it relates to this workplace issue you describe.
I think it’s “fecking decks”… which still makes no sense in context of the bitch…
Caballo hit it bang on.
