You underwent renovations and had a GIANT banner hanging on the side of your building advertising apartments for rent.
This is all good and fine, but the banner is now torn and has become an eyesore and also a safety issue. That sign is about to drop and you have a busy street directly underneath.
I’m sure motorists won’t be happy when the sign finally falls and envelopes passing cars, possibly causing an accident. You either need to replace it or take it down all together for the public’s safety.—New Sign Please 🙂

Even better – call HRM and report it as a hazard. Chances are the owner never even took out the permit required to hang the banner in the first place.
yes hello; this has got massive law suit written all over it; I would be parking my ass under it (maybe just happen to take up wearing hard hats and safety googles as a fashion statement) cha-ching $$$$$$$ 🙂
But without the banner to home on how else will the cockroaches make their way back from San Capistrano.

A notorious liar like me Painey? Never happen. Had twa’ corbies this morning for a delightful repast of beef and pork fat, chicken skin and assorted bran muffin stems and date squares. Also saw one of the male mallards that hang about the grounds of the dacha in the spring.
