So, I got drunk and locked my bike to my friend’s bike and then lost my keys. Drunkenly steering and macgyvering two bikes through the north end last night would’ve sucked a lot worse if it weren’t for you, a mysterious man, who came along as I passed through the Quinpool intersection, and you carried the back wheel of my friend’s bike as I steered them both home. Thank you so much for taking time out of your night to help me. It was a slow journey, and we talked the entire way about bikes and bike riding, this kind of thing is what I love about Halifax and truly captures the bike week spirit. I probably couldn’t have got home without you. Thanks so much! —Bike Lover
