why would you need feedback, if you knew what the exam was about. only a dolt would need more info. if you learned shit, then you wouldn’t have to wonder if it was right or if you outshone anyone else. learn the crap you are going to uni., or school for.
geez, did you even go to school LS?
feedback is important to know how to write the test… especially when there isn’t one conclusive answer… hence me taking classes and degrees that have one conclusive answer.
no catering to how the prof likes to read the answers.
Honestly though, you should have gotten to know the prof a little more. knowing them and getting a repore would have helped immensely at this point.
Are you in a class of 100+ students by any chance? If so, don’t expect direct feedback.
Did you go to class all year? Profs realize who haven’t been there most of the semester… ever notice how many people show up the week before the exam? Maybe your prof wants to teach those students a lesson by making your exam based on class work that non-attenders wouldn’t know.
Sorry—you should have been looking for “feedback” a little earlier than this point in the year.
You’ve had since September/January to get your head around the course work, review the material, do additional research and seek out any extra assistance or advice.
University isn’t high school—your success or failure is completely dependent on YOU.

I don’t think it’s the “direct feedback” OP is talking about, I think it’s the fact that some profs gather assignments and tests and don’t bother giving them back to you before the exam leaving you with no clue how you’re doing in the class.
I had a class like that one summer at acadia. I had NO idea how I was doing until the prof passed back the assignments a class before the exam. I almost shit myself when i saw my marks — I was worried I was getting a C or something, but my assignments were all in the A range. Sometimes it’s just a crapshoot and you have no idea how you’re REALLY doing because it’s up to the prof, not you in a lot of instances (i.e.: arts disciplines, business, etc… — classes that zZz mentioned: ones with no definitive answers).
no idea how you are doing, need input, what the fuck do you bother going to school or college for then? jesus tremblig christ, are you all that fucking dumb, that you have to be told that by a teacher or someone else? if you know the shit, you need no fucking input, simple as that. if you alsao take the time to study and learn what you have to, then again, no fucking problem. today’s genius’s are tomorrow’s minimum wage earners. there’s some fucking input for ya. why waste a teacher’s time, if you aren’t going to bother to learn by watching, reading or even fucking listening? my fuck, what went wrong since i went to school and dal.? thank your lucky fucking stars i never taught a political science class or some other shit to you, you would all be flunked. yeah, i rant on, because the system today just fucking is useless, send the dolts out in the world and let them get eaten. maybe mm is right in his thesis on the lower classes, but i’ll do him one better, lower life forms that infest our schools and universities. fucking think on that for awhile, if you can really grasp that concept, without someone telling you how to use your heads, fuck me gently. i’ve got a headache now.
