To everyone bitching about the buses. Just shut up and enjoy the outside. We have a tonne of trees, a great breeze and beautiful fresh air. It’s about all we have in this province. Maybe if everyone stopped bitching about it, they would realize that they don’t even need this “essential service”. —Essential My ASS

jesus christ, you would think the world ended with this fucking strike. yes people, get the fuck over it, they will be back by the weekend. kelly will cave in, and the union will get whatever it wants. that’s how the game is played. do without for a few days, and then they are back. yeah, enjoy the fresh air, no buses equalls no smelly people on them, no loud music on them, and best of all, no nail clippings either. yeah, just sit back and relax. they will soon be polluting again.
yes, enjoy the fresh air of those few thousand extra cars out there…
inhale all that lovely exhaust aroma.
Seriously… car exhaust smells brain-numbingly wonderful!
saves me having to huff glue.
Yeah. You live downtown, don’t you, OB?
Fucktard.
“Nature” gets real old real fast after walking in the freezing cold for two hours to get from bedford to downtown hfx for work at the butt crack of dawn.
I think it’s awesome seeing so many people out and about and the streets are a lot safer/more fun to ride a bike on! It’s win-win!
65 minutes for me this morning! 4.1 mph. I’m having a good time tracking my fitness… But I’m only going from Mic Mac Mall to Dal – I can’t imagine from Bedford, ugh
stay off the sidewalks crankster, you might get clotheslined^^
And don’t forget with all those extra pedestrians means more victims for the North End Swarmers.
Obviously you are either unemployed or live close to work. Not everyone is as unaffected by this strike as you are, but don’t worry about them, just bounce around on those clouds up there, enjoy yourself and your ignorance of others.
I need the bus to get to my current work location, but other than that, fuck them. I’ve been walking a lot and I’ve saved about $15 that I would have otherwise spent on the bus, plus saved a lot of time and gotten a lot of exercise by walking.
I, for one, won’t be using the bus nearly as much when they come back.
Agreed 150 billion percent with INFY.
INFY got it right. OP is being an ignorant fuck about this. A lot of people have up to 2 hour walks to and from work/school. If your living close to work/school then of course this strike won’t effect you. But many others cannot say that. Then to top it all off some are walking in the middle of the night while people are being shot and beat up by groups of people. So no not everyone is going to enjoy the “fresh air”!
you like riding your bike and feel safer on it? Did you read the latest article stating that they are thinking of allowing people to park in the bus stops and bike lanes? How safe does that make you feel?
about as safe as the feisty yet majestic porcupine with his own built-in defense mechanism and his….
amazing ability to get splattered across every roadway in the country.
Amazing OP, not only do you see the glass as half full but your cup runneth over.
Yeah get on your Canadian “Grosse” jackets and don’t forget the earmuffs.
