It’s really interesting how the law enforcers in town are able to pull up ONTO the sidewalk on the WRONG SIDE of the road in order to get their pick-up order of Thai food. Isn’t that ILLEGAL? —Follows the rules of the road

only if you aren’t the cops. they can do anything they want to, except catch bad guys, and when they do, hell, the fucking courts just let them go with a bad boys scolding. don’t waste your time pointing this out to them, you will end up in jail for something stupid, like obstructing them, and be worse off than the trash that roam the streets.
Cops eat Thai food? I bet they think Thailand is where ties were invented. OK- sorry, i am allowed one stupid post in the morning.
That’s illegal. Use your camera to get a picture and then contact HPD’s PR dept for an explanation.

Hey Hugo… I’d be the most popular girl! I wish I’d taken a picture with my phone. I had a great view and watched the officer run into the restaurant to pick up their order. NOT COOL.
