Harvey st is a terrible street in the winter, it doesnt get plowed, it currently only has room for one car to drive up it, and the sidewalks are terrible, all of this, and its a pretty steep hill when you get half way up. And its almost all rental properties, so the landlords obviously aren’t doing anything. The grey building on the corner, and the yellow/orange one up from that are the worst for sidewalks.

  3. isn’t the home owner liable for keeping the side walk clear in front of there house. Call your lawyer see what they say.
