IMO, much of the problem with WeStink is that they contract out pretty much anything – meaning that a service call has to be dispatched to a contractor and then possibly on that contractor’s subcontractor – quite the house of cards when you’re trying to get service. And because they’re not an “incumbent carrier” (like Aliant) they don’t have to meet the same CRTC guidelines for phone service.
