You’re not new here anymore…you’ve been doing this job for over four months now and are out of your probationary period. I’m sick of fixing your mistakes and having to hear you say it’s because you’re new. You’re still asking the same questions you were asking during your first month here…about stuff you should know by now. In one ear out the other it is with you. You should know which vendors offer discounts for early payment by now, there’s only about ten. You should know how to apply these discounts in our system by now. You should know how to read and interpret a statement of account by now. How many times have you told me an invoice wasn’t in the system when it was right smack dab in front of you on your computer screen?! Stop asking me and then telling me it’s because you’re new when I show that I’m at my wits end answering the same shit over and over, you should know this already! You say you’re still getting your head around some of these things because you’re new. Um, no you’re just stupid. And you want to be a Controller some day???? You can’t even be a competent accounts payable clerk….you’ll never be qualified enough to even get an interview for a controller job because there’s no way you’re smart enough to get that designation. I can’t believe you haven’t been fired yet… —Annoyed Co-Worker who’s sick of this idiot

  1. This person already has the controller job…. learned quick to control you to do the job for them.

  2. Have you spoken to your manager about this, yet, OB?

Probably wayyy more effective than bitching here with enough detail to get you in some serious shit. True story: a former bitcher was actually fired for writing a bitch about their workplace on here with about as much detail as you’ve provided.

  3. HR wouldn’t have hired her if she was too stupid to do the job. On the other hand maybe she’s doing someone in HR.

  4. Starting any new job requires the person to remember sooo many details about the company, their procedures, names of everyone in the company, door codes, phone codes, photocopier codes, etc. This bullshit takes up space in the brain, so of course some things need repeating until they sink in and become second nature. This takes time and practice and repetition. Remember back when you were new to the company and still learning… You sound like the asshole of the office that no one likes being around. You’re probably one of those nasty gossipers. Everyone needs a paycheck and your complaining about this person non-stop is putting her job security at risk. It also makes you look bad. This bitch at my last firm was supposed to train me for my job, but didn’t do shit. Every time I asked a question, she would act like it was a huuuge imposition… She didn’t want to show me the job in case I replaced her ass someday. I eventually left that place because she had such an attitude problem, like yourself. Nobody likes to be around a know it all who refuses to help anyone.

No, you left that job because you have poor communication skills, are unable to cope with different personalities in a working environment and you realized that it’s easier to collect cheques from the government rather than putting in the effort to learn new skills.

  6. Hoyst, you got a new account… you musta got spanked by MOD for being a bad boy. No Sowrry, I don’t collect welfare. I left that job to take another job that pays more and has a much healthier environment. I can cope with different personalities, but narcissists get left high and dry to deal with their own shit. I hope she enjoyed the mountain of work I left for her to finish. Deuces mafucka!
