In light of the coming “Croc backlash”, and to just about everyone in the city, please give up the flippin frumpiness in the way you dress! What is it with this town anyway? It seems everyone either has to take on a very conservative Jack Frasier/nerd

Who are you to tell everyone what to wear? Sounds to me like you are just a wannabe “somebody” who does nothing all day but read your stupid fashion magazines and thinks they are better than everybody else. We all know you wear pyjama pants to the mall and live with your parents while believing that you are God’s gift to mankind. I believe it’s called “delusions of grandeur.” If you like Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal so much, then leave. We don’t need people like you here anyway. Crocs do suck though so I do agree with you on one point. Next time, try finding something actually worthwhile to bitch about.
Im sorry if your so offended by the way people dress. You know I would really love to dress better but I cant afford to. I work my ass off and have kids bills rent etc. When I do have extra money I like to spend it on my kids so they can do things that other kids do rather then to spend It on myself. Im sorry If my crocs bother you but running after kids all day requires flat shoes and not getting paid enough equals cheap thirty dollar shoes. You know Id love to wear more fashionable clothes rather then second hand ones but unfortunatly my parents don’t still give me an allowance like you. For you to criticize how people dress rather then to criticize their behavior just shows how shallow you really are.

WOW, i know this is just a forum to voice your opinions…but really, can you think about something alittle more challenging then cloths!! i guess what i am trying to say is if you are going to bitch about something why not pick something with a little more substance… the hungry, or CLOTHLESS. just a thought.
Its funny, whenever you hear someone bad mouthing someone else to make themselves look bettre, yuo don’t think “Gee, that person is right, wow, everyone in Halifax has no style, and check out this guy’s finesse!” No, you think what an asshole! so the name of the game is “Style” however your look is your additude and how much you care about yourself and the cultural defining standard of what is “nice” , personally I think people in Halifax could look better and step it up a bit, lots of good looking people not looking so good. it’s crazy to think that the amount of people who migrate to this city and have to dum down their looks to blend in with the otherwise banal look of the everyday standard…yeah Halifax stop paying such close attention to the weather at look at yourselfHappy I’m not around

Wow…ligthen the hell up, EVERY ONE of you! I have to say…I agree…fuck! I’m not suggesting that everyone walk out to Foreign Affair and buy Seven Jeans…but can we not at least make a small effort? I understand people are busy and money is stretched all too thin for too many people, me included but I also manage to buy myself clothing that does not look like potato bags. With the increasing popularity of Frenchy’s and Salvation Army, its becoming easier and easier to dress yourself and your kids in clothing that is not necessarily fashionable but at least doesn’t look like absolute crap. I shop there! I get tons of work clothes there! Suits, dress pants…its crazy and so many of them are such good quality!Crocs…there just overdone! On kids they’re sweet, on hospital staff they’re fine but on grown men and women…they look a little silly. Not if they’re in a neutral color…but a 50 year old woman walking around in kaleidoscope crocs…is a bit much for me.

If I were to post a bitch about poor spelling and punctuation in response to a bitch about bad fashion sense and sign off with “It’s your language. Learn how to use it!”, I would have ended my short paragraph with a sentence that ended with a period. Your off topic comment wouldn’t have had more credibility, but you wouldn’t have looked half as stupid.
