LOL this is just priceless. Who do you contact? HRM or the Transport Dept.? I can just see the buck passing now LOL. Go ahead and call them, any of them, and be prepared to be passed along from one dept. to the next for hours. Ask yourself who collects the fine? Who pays the fine? Too f’n funny!
