To the city and its parking enforcement employees,
Please know that I fully support your efforts in keeping the Lower Water St. congestion down during traffic hour. The signage clearly states “NO PARKING/ TOW AWAY ZONE 4-6PM), and so I applaud you for towing the vehicles of those who are absent minded enough to park there. However, when you park three of your flatbed tow-trucks in that very same “NO PARKING” zone at 4pm in hopes that there will be cars to tow, you are defeating your entire purpose and impeding traffic .Additionally, you are pissing off all the people who were legally parked and are now stuck downtown longer than they have to be because of you. —Bottle-necked

While they are doing lazy tow truck driver things, just go over and let the air outa thier tires. That way they’ll be sure to be there long enough to get a ticket!!
It sounds more like they are just getting ready, not sure where else they could be. Not like they can beam the cars out of there.
They won’t get a ticket because they are exempted as are other types of vehicles.
