I get it. Pedestrians deserve respect. So I was smoothing along Coburg at 50k Sunday afternoon, my eyes peeled on the upcoming crosswalks. You stepped off the curb with no warning 20ft before the next crosswalk, right in front of my big ol’ Subaru wagon—fully loaded, no less.
Dude, you’re a student; you should have brains enough to get the physics. I need more than a second to stop a ton of moving metal and you need to do at least a shoulder check, especially if you don’t use crosswalks. —No Bad Memories, Please
