Yeah, I ship everything for my work via Canada Post Expedited and always get a tracking number. Going with a non-trackable service is not even an option. Who sends anything without insurance and tracking these days? seriously.
OP, there’s your mistake….you bought within Canada. Buy from the USA….rarely do I ever get hit with duties, and everything I buy is far cheaper there, especially now with the strong Canadian dollar. Plus you won’t have to deal with any of that HST bullshit or Canadian retail staff.
