I guess we can make this go both ways: Bicyclists, don’t pass a car on the right when it has been signalling to do so for a few minutes while waiting for traffic to move.
Happened to me two weeks ago, had I not caught the cyclist in my mirror (I looked over my shoulder for pedestrians), you likely would have been run over.
That is one of my peeves, bikes just passing on the right willy-nilly.

When bicycling you gotta be careful when passing cars on the right. Intersections are deathtraps.
Cyclists: Please don’t try to pass cars on the right who are stopped and signalling to make a right hand turn. I still have the scratch from your POS uninsured hippie-cycle and the brown spot on my draws from fright I got as a result of the screech you let out when I started my turn.
Oh yea, I did shoulder check but you were going three time the speed of crawling traffic and passing everyone on the right hand side and only appeared between cars in the half a second between shoulder checking and starting my turn.
