I’ve been the subject of ten years of Domestic Violence in the form of weapons threats, extortion, theft, sabotage and harassment, all of which has been reported to both Police and RCMP.
But they refuse to take any action to protect my interests, possessions and person. Meanwhile I’ve not retaliated and I’m trying to keep the high ground, if there is any in such a situation. Karma where are you?

agreed. “nothing done” is usually just a cop out to “nothing was done to satisfy my baseless allegations” 35 years of living in a police family and believe me no police officer ive EVER met will take a domestic abuse case without absolute caution. Domestic abuse cases are one of the highest contributors to on the job deaths for police. When I hear stuff like this( actual domestic abuse victim btw) I cringe because I know the back stories are all the same.
As you have not defined the domestic violence, I will assume you are talking about a spouse or your shack up. Why are you still there. One would think you would have either kicked them to the curb or left yourself.
this is not a popular opinion, but I really do think that some people enjoy being a victim. if this stuff is as serious as you make out to be, I don’t see why the police wouldn’t help at all. lets give that one to you OP, cops not an option. Ok, can’t go to the police, refuse to take the low ground, won’t leave the person or people. well I guess if this bitch doesn’t make things all better, you’ll just have to curl up in a ball and die. or you can keep on taking the abuse and keep enjoying the drama. something tells me you’ll choose option two. one more thing, karma is bullshit, it ain’t real. I’ve seen pieces of shit live long, problem free lives, and die in their sleep, and I’ve seen tortured souls with no luck die young. don’t wait for the universe to change things for you.
