If it were “lovers'” as you wrote, then the noun in agreement with the adjective, should be “sphincters” (i.e., the plural form), meaning that there were many lovers with many sphincters.

The “sphincter” refers to that narrow band of voluntary muscle surrounding the anus which regulates its opening and closing. It seems unlikely that it is this that the woman would be sucking on if for no other reason than its inaccessibility. His “rectum” of course might also be admissible.
