My now, the buses have a new name. Is this because of the oil spilling from Burnside down to Victoria Road? Oh yes, we are told it’s all ok. But I ask why, if a home owner has a oil tank leak of 50 to 100 gallons, is it a million-dollar insurance clean up affecting every one on the block? My, how there are rules for some and rules for others. Just saying. —Just Saying

  1. Just Saying = “I know imma sound like a bitch, but by saying “just saying” I am absolving myself of all responsibility for and implications of my comments.

  2. Oil is classified as a pollutant by Environment Canada, so in theory should be subject to the same clean up rules as someone’s home. But maybe they have commercial rules that differ? Either way, s’fucked up.

  4. I heard that the Ceeb was going to re-tool Gomeshi’s show to appeal to a hipper audience so Omar will be Robin to his Howard.

  5. They tried to cover up how bad it really was and is. This is how they operate. They are the father of lies. That land will never be cleaned up, too many years of seeping and shit.
