Dear City Council, the monitor at the bridge terminal has been off for years now! If you’re not going to tear down and rebuild could you at least put a clock in there? Not everyone can afford a trusty wrist watch with the ever inflating cost of bus/bridge/gas. We’ve long needed some improvement in our transit system that does not come at the cost of a leg and a limb of us and our city (and a damn bus being on time). This seems like it would be a stellar place to start. Sincerely yours, —K.Acids

  1. If you’re taking the bus, why do you care what the bridges toll is, or the price of gas? Residents who drive couldn’t care less about whether or not there’s a monitor at the bus terminal. I wonder how many transit staff actually use the service (sic) they provide? Likely very few.

  2. ooh i would love them monitor things they have on bus stations everywhere else that tells them when the next bus is coming, they had one in mumford but took it down.

  3. Why should the city spend money to install another monitor when it will either be down all the time or broken by some hoodlum? Buy a watch. They cost a dollar.

  4. nah, don’t think so, that would require something called LOGIC. and if you read or listen to any news lately, well, do i need to say more.
