Go for it, sue the Trade Mart but beware of the huge legal department at Empire Corp, aka Sobeys and Combie Properties. They’ll leave you broke in the end. Did you try calling HRM and lodging a complaint? Chances are they issued a building permit and they might have overlooked the sidewalk issue when giving the okay.
