What kind of dog is it? Go feed it.
do you know how to use a phone o.p.? i would sugest a call to the nearest cop shop, and lodging a barking dog complaint. believe it or don’t, they will make the person shut dog up, or give them a ticket. i had it done to me, quite a few years back.
is the neighbor home when the dog is barking? maybe they’re at work and have no idea. let them know, maybe they’ll be decent about it.
