Hey friends. I get it, your job is not the best. Probably either temporary or something you are doing on the side. I always leave a 15% tip on delivery (not 20 as I am usually charged for the delivery anyway), But listen…I don’t want to hear you complain about how busy you are. That makes me not want to give you the tip, you know? Like I just want to pay for my stuff and for you to go on your way, I don’t want to hear a diatribe about what company ordered a bunch of pizza and why that means you are busy. I literally had one pizza guy who was BEGGING for a tip, not knowing I was going to give one automatically anyway. Whining about how busy he was and ‘oh gosh, geez, we’re so busy today and this and that’ … stop trying to guilt people into tipping you. For real, it is super pathetic. —Just want mah food in mah belleh

Just tip the poor bugger, will ya? FFS!
As I said in the Bitch, I do tip 15% every time. The bitch is not about that, it’s about whiny delivery drivers trying to get me to pitty them and it’s super annoying. Coming at me like a panhandler on my front doorstep, have some dignity.
You can’t spare two minutes to listen to some poor minimum wage schmuck kvetch a little? No time for humanity but time for pizza?
I kid, I kid. I wouldn’t want to listen to it either.
Having known many people who worked in the food service industry over the years I realize that crappy things happen, like in many work places. However, being busy is usually looked upon as better than alternatives such as no business and then being out of work. Yet oddly enough one often hears people in food service moaning about being too busy which generally would also mean a chance at more tips etc. If it really is too busy and the place needs more workers then it would be better to complain to the boss and not the customers. Or time for a new vocation.
I agree Ho!st! I was just at Timmy’s on the corner of Young and Robie and listened to the server complain about her coworkers and how she was the only one that did any work around here and BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.
Complain to your manager not the customer FFS!
I didn’t miss the point GV, I disagree.
Am not @ all mad GV, just pointing out that Charlie completely missed the point. Or is talking about something else. In order to disagree with this bitch you would have to argue that delivery drivers whining about being busy is good times. You see, because this bitch is not about failing to leave a tip.
