Depression can be exasperating for family members – like Kitty said, perhaps Granny was just trying to light a fire under you (dynamite also works) – I have suffered from depression my whole life – you’ve got two choices – end it now, a very cowardly choice, or go get some treatment and/or meds for your condition. You do not have to live this way but you have to get off your goddamn arse first. If I was your granny, I would have come after you with a cattle prod and poked you into the first available mental health clinic. You shouldn’t be mad at Granny – she’s probably had enough drama in her life and is probably sick of yours. SO DO SOMETHING ALREADY!!!

i know a few people that did kill themselves, and i can honestly tell you now. NOTHING WAS SOLVED. there is a lot to think about when wanting or saying you will kill yourself. there are family to consider, how will this effect their lives? if you have kids, will this scar them forever?
really, think these things thru, once dead, there is no coming back, dead is forever. some people just need to let shit out sometimes, and maybe it feels good, but this is not the place. op., if you are even remotely thinking of doing harm to yourself, get professiona help, today, not any later. sorry that i can’t aid you more, you have to take the first step here.

Good one life sucks, that’s called tough love, I have also seen horrible things. But if a grandmother has no time for her grandchild, well they are bad people and should be shunned by everyone they know. Its time for society to take responsibility for their children. If you can’t take care of your children and make their life comfortable, they should not have those children. And the gov should force them to care for them, not give them welfare, give a working man or woman assistance during times of need, not parents who one of which draws welfare, while the husband works under the table and lives with them. And have more babies, I personally knew a woman with 12 kids in this situation who was caught, they didn’t loose their check nor did they get any punishment, then they has 13th kid and i never knew them after that, it was very disheartening.

In china it is customary for the child to care for the parents as soon as they’re able. Why? Because your parents spent your childhood taking care of you. Why the flying fuck should they be expected to CONTINUE to care for you when you’re old enough to care for yourself?
