  2. I agree that the city should have given you warning that this work was going to be taking place, but it astonishes me that people complain about summer road work. People bitch about the condition of our roads, which is largely to do with our climate, then they bitch when crews try to fix them. Common sense – you can’t do road work in the winter when the ground is frozen.
